Scope of Services
In 2007, ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD was engaged by 707 W. Junior Terrace to evaluate the condition of all of the roofs on the building. ALEXANDER & ASSOCIAES, LTD found that each roof membrane needed to be replaced. ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD prepared construction drawings and specifications to remove the existing roof membrane, install new insulation, install new roof membranes and add new skylights over the parking garage. Services also included solication and evaluation of bids recieved with a recommendation for contract award. ALEXANDER& ASSOCIATES, LTD performed construction administration services to assure that the work was carried out according to the Contract Documents amd good construction practices.
