Scope of Services
In 2002, ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. was engaged by the 601 Lake Meadows Condominium Association to perform a Reserve Study. Following this Study, various restoration projects were identified and prioritized. ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. worked with Management and the Board to determine the most cost effective way to achieve the repairs. The work included caulking of the exterior curtain walls, complete roof replacement, fan coil unit repairs, window gasket replacement and parking garage concrete repairs. Throughout the entire course of these repairs, ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. acted in the capacity of Building Architect, in constant communication with Management. Each project was preceded by a set of construction documents, competitive bidding and construction oversight.
