Scope of Services
In 2002 Alexander & Associates, Ltd. was first hired to the 3410-3420 Condominium Association to inspect their buildings. Inspections were performed on exterior walls and roofs on the adjacent building and a report was written to give the board recommendations. Although, the exterior work was never completed, Alexander & Associates, Ltd. has returned to the building several times to perform yearly City of Chicago inspections.
Recently Alexander & Associates, Ltd. was hired to oversee the concrete garage repairs. A series of inspections were performed to provide data for the architectural repair drawings and specifications. Alexander & Associates, Ltd. bid out the project and conducted construction administration for the work. Through a joint effort between the architect and contractor, the Association was able to save several thousand dollars during the first phase of construction, making it possible to complete the second phase the same year.
