A two (2) building complex plus (8) story concrete garage in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago
Scope of Services
Alexander & Associates, Ltd. was first hired by the Teamster City's management company (West Side Realty) in 2006 to investigate various City enforced Life Safety requirements. This project required much communication with the City and modifications of existing systems in order to maintain its safe status. The next year Alexander & Associates, Ltd. were contacted to provide Bid Solicitations and Construction Administration for exterior concrete garage repair work and membrane application. This project was completed very quickly in order to minimize the time that the garage would be out of service. Other miscellaneous projects including Roof Consulting were also completed recently.
