Scope of Services
Originally built in the 1920's, this classic North Sheridan Road apartment building wanted to create a major facelift at its ground level. ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. was called upon to facilitate the installation of new bronze entrance doors and ornamental lighting at each street frontage. Additional work included the demolition of the concrete sidewalks and their replacement with new patterned concrete, landscaping and fencing. Electric snow melting equipment was installed in the concrete paver system and the Sheridan Road entrance. Included in teh work was the preparation of necessary construction documents, multiple bid solicitations and construction administration during the course of construction.
