Scope of Services
ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. was first contacted by 1255 North State Parkway several years ago to perform emergency repairs to the building's masonry corners. Since then, ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. has conducted several City of Chicago On-Going and Critical Inspections for the building.
In 2005 it was determined that the building needed to undergo extensive repairs to its masonry and stone facades. ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. was hired to work with the 1255 North State Parkway Condominium Association to create a schedule for the work that fit in with their budget. Construction Drawings and Specifications were prepared for bidding and construction. The work began in 2007 and ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. performed the construction administration to assure that the work was carried out according to the Contract Documents.
