ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. has been involved with ongoing maintenance and repair since 2001. In 2010 ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. completed a full tuckpointing and repair project on the east elevation facing Lake Shore Drive and the Oak Street Beach. Most recently, we supervised a tuckpointing and stone repair project at the south facade of the upper stories of the building.
