ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. was retained by the client to develop a scheme for a penthouse addition atop a vintage high rise building to add a Master Bedroom Suite, Guest Room and Terrace on roof rights owned by the client.

Scope of Services
In response to the existing site conditions, ALEXANDER & ASSOCIATES, LTD. developed two schemes based upon the same floor plan. The first scheme features an assymetrical roofline with zinc cladding giving a more dynamic effect. The second scheme is more static and is comprised of white enamelled metal panels with a flat roofline, raised over the main space.
